2. Completing a workout
3. Being true to my word
4. Being honest even when it hurts
5. Standing up for myself
6. Cleaning my apt
7. Wash, Dry Fold
8. Drinking water
9. Washing my face
10. Taking out the trash
11. Taking a bath
12. Getting out of Bed (Thanks Shell)

Oooh, that's a great idea. A feat list can help us realize that we're doing a lot more than we think we are doing, even if it doesn't feel like it.

Oooh, I completely can relate. We all need feel good thingies! I think some people can't fully appreciate these things because they may not have difficulty doing simple tasks from time to time, such as: waking up in the morning. I can really identify with finishing a book, because I love to read, but lose interest when I'm feeling super horrible, just like every one else w/ BPD... and washing my face. Just the feeling of a clean face always makes me smile. :) Keep smilin'!
